Body Massage treatments

Body Massage

Body massage is very similar to Swedish massage. They are straightforward massage treatments that can incorporate many different movements to make a massage vigorous or relaxing depending on your needs. They can cover the whole body or focus in on specific areas, again depending on your needs. For example, people often hold a lot of stress and tension in their back and shoulders, so are drawn to having a back and shoulder massage. These treatments can incorporate remedial massage as desired, for example to aid recovery from a sports or whiplash injury. They can also incorporate deep tissue massage, which will gradually release severe and often long-standing muscle tension.

Your Therapist will choose a massage medium to meet your needs, typically oil blended to suit your skin type and condition, however we also use creams where appropriate. In cases of extreme muscle tension we may use pre-heat treatments to soften and warm muscles prior to manual massage, or possibly a massage machine. This would of course be done in consultation with you. This is a fantastic treatment if you are very stressed and suffer from a lot of muscle tension.

Full Body Massage : 

Lasting one hour and twenty minutes this is a thorough treatment covering the back, legs, feet, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, scalp, and abdomen, that leaves the whole body and mind feeling deeply relaxed and revitalised. This treatment includes remedial and/or deep tissue massage as desired.

Upper Body Massage : 

Lasting one hour this stress-busting back, neck, and shoulder massage focuses on the areas of the body where we typically hold a lot of our tension. This treatment includes remedial and/or deep tissue massage as desired.

   Price £35.00

Back & Leg Massage : 

Lasting one hour this intensive massage effectively relieves muscle tension in the back and legs, and is ideally suited for people who are very sporty or generally physically active. This treatment includes remedial and/or deep tissue massage as desired.

   Price £35.00

Face & Scalp Massage : 

Lasting forty-five minutes this wonderfully relaxing treatment starts with a deep cleanse followed by a revitalising massage, and finished with an appropriate choice of our own specially formulated moisturisers.

   Price £28.00

Back Massage : 

Lasting forty-five minutes this massage focuses entirely on the back and shoulders, relieving knots and muscle tension that typically builds up in this area. This treatment includes remedial and/or deep tissue massage as desired.
