Reflexology Books

Reflexology by Susan Cressy

We love this book as it guides the reader through the complex subject of reflexology in a way that is interesting and easy to understand. As well as thoroughly covering all the reflexes (with maps) and how to manipulate them it also provides comprehensive information about the anatomy and physiology of the human body. This really helps in understanding and remembering the part of the body a reflex connects to.

Reflexology by Inge Dougans

This book is beautifully illustrated and full of excellent photographs to aid understanding of this complex subject. It covers the history of reflexology and the importance of its holistic approach, how reflexology works and reflex maps, the remarkable benefits of reflexology, and a thorough reference section.

Reflexology and Acupressure: Pressure Points for Healing by Janet Wright

This is a brilliant book combining elements of acupressure and reflexology. It shows you how to incorporate acupressure points into reflexology treatments, as well as how to work them on other parts of the body. The book is really good value for money as it leaves the reader with a good understanding of both subjects.
