| Aromatherapy
massage is less vigorous than Swedish or body
massage, using relaxing massage movements to gradually
allow the essential oils to be absorbed. It is
a deeply therapeutic experience, promoting both
deep relaxation and the therapeutic effects of
the essential oils, such as invigoration, comfort,
decongestant, calming etc. A full treatment will
focus on the whole body, however this can easily
be customised according to a client’s needs, for
example they may just want a back massage, or
a facial.

Please note that a good Aromatherapist will always
do a thorough consultation before commencing a
treatment, and will skin test a potential client
before using essential oils. They will also provide
advice about aftercare and homecare.
