session starts with a brief foot massage and
then covers some of the main reflex points
on both feet to help restore balance and encourage
self-healing throughout the whole body. A
good reflexology taster!
||An intensive massage that
focuses entirely on the back and shoulders,
relieving knots and muscle tension that typically
builds up in this area.
||An intensive massage that
covers the legs, both front and back and including
a foot and knee massage. It is very effective
in providing relief for a much-neglected part
of the body, especially if you’re physically
active and/or on your feet a lot.
||You will be seated for this
massage treatment, which covers the shoulders,
upper arms, neck, scalp, and face, and will
ease tension and relax you quickly and effectively.
Perfect for anyone pushed for time but in
need of some stress relief!
